Ft. Wayne Concord, IN

Attended Bowen High School in Chicago where he was born and went to Valparaiso University and received his degree in 1956 and masters from Indiana University in 1963.

He coached Ft. Wayne Concordia for 35 years compiling a record of 520 wins and 354 losses. Included in those wins were seven Conference Titles, five IHSAA Sectional Titles, four Regionals, three semistate crowns and three Final Four appearances in 1969 and 1989, and the State Runners-up in 1995.

Jack coached in the North-South All Star Series in 1989 and retired in 1996.
